We do not sell finished furniture; we provide the high-quality raw canvas for your projects.

2. Will I receive the exact piece shown in the photo? Since every single olive tree grows with its own character, each piece of wood is inherently unique. For individual slab and river set listings, you will receive the specific piece pictured, though minor natural variations in grain pattern, edge curves, and color tones may appear slightly different in person due to natural lighting and wood hydration. For bulk or standard-sized orders, you will receive wood matching the exact quality and dimensions requested, with its own beautiful, distinct natural variations.

3. Can I request custom sizes or specific dimensions? Yes! We can custom-cut, match, or select specific olive wood slabs and river sets to fit your project requirements. Please contact us at info@htolivewood.com with your dimensions and specifications.

4. How long does order processing take? Standard in-stock wood pieces and slabs are processed and packed within 3–5 business days. Custom cutting, specific matching, or bulk preparation may require additional processing time, which we will confirm with you.

• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days (after processing)

• Europe: 4–7 business days

• Other Countries: Varies depending on destination and customs clearance.

6. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship our wood worldwide. Please note that buyers are fully responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, or regional wood import regulations/fees that may apply in their destination country.

7. Can I return a wood product?

• Standard Wood Pieces: Eligible for return within 14 days if unmodified, uncut, and in its original received condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

• Custom-Cut / Altered Pieces: Non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a structural defect not specified in the listing.

8. How do I pay for my order? We accept secure payments through trusted global payment gateways. All transactions are fully encrypted, and we never store your credit card information.

9. What if my order arrives damaged? Wood is a durable natural material, but if a slab cracks or suffers severe structural damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damage. We will arrange a replacement piece or a refund.
